I am trying to execute a Query 113 material as selection condition(user input) but is giving dump "Time limit exceeded with parallel processing" "while reading data navigation is possible". While I have tested with 20 materials partialy till 100 but it’s working. Can you help me in this.

I have this error in my BW system. I'm really new and just started to learn BW. So be patience with me 
I had a Runtime Erros of MESSAGE_TYPE_X. Here are the details of the error:

*i tried to go through some of the snote after searching using the keyword but i dont i found the right solution
Information on where terminated:
Termination occured in the ABAP program "SAPLRSS1" - in "RSM_CHECK_FOR_DELTAUPD".
The main program was "RSAWBN_START"
In the source code you have the termination point in line 1547 of the (Include) program "LRSS1F11"
Can anyone help me solve this problem? What should i check and which t-code should i use to analyze this problem in further details? Any suggestion and opinion will do

We having a problem transporting a DTP Object in BI 7. Below is the error message.
Message no. TW104
Object R3TRDTPADTP_DGE5R5XTJDB78U1GU5L0W1UDG is in repair status. Therefore, it cannot be imported.
The object is not imported.
If you still want to import the object, release the relevant repair and repeat the import
My current transport includes 4 objects, (DataSource, DTP, Transformation and InfoCube)
Here's the current situation of objects in production.
DataSource (File Upload) = OK and Active
Infopackage (FLATF_INFOPACK) = OK and Active
DTP (PC_FILE > ZSD FILE) = NOT ACTIVE (cannot activate, transformation does not exist)
Infocube (Flatfile Info) = OK and Active
Whenever I try to re-transport the Transformation and DTP, I get the RC=8 error, DTP object in repair status.
I already followed suggestions in this topic: http://scn.sap.com/thread/89007
#1 during transport (STMS), go to tab 'options' (date//execution/options), tick the following:
'import request again' and 'overwrite objects in unconfirmed repair', (mark also 'overwrite original' if necessary)
#2 go to SE03 -- display Repaired Objects - search the locked object - manual clear it. then it should be fine when you re-import it.
I have tried both suggestions above but it didn't work. The DTP is no longer locked in SE03. But when I check in RSA1 it is still in "Revised" status.
When I transport just the Transformation, I only get a RC=4 warning, but it says the Transport went successfully. But I still dont see the Transformation in my DTP Flow.

All the objects were transported successfully. Peculiarities occurred for certain objects. These might not have been intentional.

When I try to activate any cube say 0PUR_C01 the Transformation and DSO's are in inactive state after activation.

There are two areas in the reports Project Time line,Cost Estimates

Can anyone guide me which DataSource used for the rest fields since they have given me some tables through which data is coming.
Table names : PROJ,PRTE,BPGE,RPSCO,PRPS.

Hi BW Gurus,
I am working on BW Integrated planning. Users create project structure and other master data that is loading in BW through RDA(Real time data acquisition). Most of the time user raise issues that master data is not showing in bex planning query as they have already created. As a BW consultant I troubleshoot RDA and found that RDA is red for some of data sources then we correct the RDA and issue get resolved.
But we want notification mechanism through mail If RDA fails, So user does not have to face this type of issue frequently.
Please suggest how to achieved this !!!

I got to install a new dataflow on BW system .For that i need to get new datasources from r/3. I activate the datasource from RSA5, replicated it in BW system. The datasource went under "un assigned nodes" as the applicaton component under which the datasource belongs to in source system doesn't exist on BW system. I tried business content to no avial. How can I get the application component which is associated with the datasource.
I found 2 things like RSA9 and SBIW. I am not very clear of the difference between the two. Also, I do not want to overwrite the existing datasource in BW system. Ther are a lof datasource that people are working on and i can't over write any of them. I just want to install Applicaton Component under which my the new datasource will be assigned.

i am loading data from one inventory cube A to another inventory cube B.Cube A is fine it is displaying data but cube B is not displaying data even though reporting symbol is there in the requests.I have checked in LISTCUBE with recorddtp values as 1 but still no data is displayed.I have gone through some previous thread no proper solution is mentioned there. Only thing i did different is i used filters for data loads as data is huge to transfer. please suggest possible solution.

After an Upgrade to 7.3 we have some issues when we try to open a report in our SAP Portal.
Two examples:
- We've tried to open a BEx Query out of the BEx Query Designer.
- We've tried to open a Dashboard used a BICS Connection.
In both cases, we run on an error after we've signed on the SAP NW Portal.
After the input of the logon information (username and password) the following error message appears:
Error: First RFC call failed, config not loaded. Check the System landscape
We checked the BW connection in our system landscape. Unfortunately we couldn't find any wrong entries - But it is not excluded that we are wrong in our assumption. After the creation of a new object in the system landscape the connection test is possible, but when we run the connection test in the landscape overview it's not possible to run the connection test successfully.
Have anybody of you an idea how we can solve this issue?

We have many process chains that run daily in our BWP system that have both Success and Error messages attached to them via the Maintain Message function in transaction RSPC. Up until recently, the emails that were sent out included the technical details about the process chain in the body of the email, such as what happened, what the status of the chain is, when it completed, etc. We recently upgraded BWP to NW 7.31 EHP6 SP9, and after that happened all of the emails sent out by the process chains are blank. The subjects of the emails remain how they used to be but the body/message of the email is empty and users are requesting that information be returned. I cannot find how to re-enable the technical information in these emails. Any suggestions are appreciated.

2LIS_02_SCL; We have enhanced one field 'DISPO' from EBAN table in CMOD at R3 end. When we do extraction with RSA3, thie field comes populated and even when we run IP the behaviour is the same.However in the daily delta for the same PO we see the this field is coming as blank. Has anyone came across this unusual behaviour?

I am loading data in an ODS in a full repair mode .
I have the following detailed report :
Data Package 1 ( 13 Records ) : Everything OK
Transfer rules ( 13 -> 13 Records ) : No errors
Update rules ( 13 -> 8 Records ) : No errors
Update ( 8 new / 0 changed ) : No errors
But in the activation I have 0 new records activated in the ODS :
Data pkgs 000001 ; Added records 0 ; Changed records 0 ; Deleted records 0
When I am looking in the ODS, the entry that I am waiting for are missing.
Do you know what can be the issue ?

we are loading data via Processchain form our ECC6.0-Sourcesystem to SAP BW.
The Soursystem contains three applicationservers.
Applicationserver2 is because of the number of batch-processes the favorite for the dataload.
Now my question...
how can i achieve that the dataload from BW always starts the extractionjobs on applicationserver2?
Any ideas are welcome...

We are using SAP NetWeaver BI 7.0.
In this version APD doesn't support processing of more than 1 million records.
Will the problem be fixed if Enhancement pack will be implemented. Is there any note for this issue.

Material Movements (2LIS_03_BF) DataSource / Extractor in Inventory Management is not getting $ values of documents with serialization material. Extractor is pulling quantities correctly though. No enhancements are made to the standard / business content extractor.
What could be the reason for this and what need to be done to get these values?
Any inputs will be highly appreciated.

I'm trying to import data from source system ( v.4.6C ) to BW (v.ECC 6). The process fails with following messages:

Diagnosis
The request IDoc could not be sent to the source system using RFC.
System Response
There is an IDoc in the Warehouse outbox that did not arrive in the ALE inbox of the source system.
Further analysis:
Check the TRFC log.
You can access this log using the wizard or menu path "Environment -> Transact. RFC -> In Data Warehouse".
Error handling:
In particular, check the authorizations for the background user in BI.

There is no information in TRFC log and all authorizations are OK.
Please tell me step by stem what I have to do to solve this problem, especially what transactions I must use to diagnose reason of failure.

DSO activation is getting failed with error message as below:
Even there is no error records then also the activation got failed and also we have tried to repair in RSRV .
If we manually run the DTP to DSO and activation then its working fine.
Daily the PC is getting failed at DSO activation step and if we delete request from DSO and reloading the DTP then activation gets successfully completes
Could you please help us to make it permanent fix.

Regarding to inventory data sources: 2LIS_03_BX, 2LIS_03_BF and 2LIS_03_UM... is it possible to reconstruct the snapshot backwards? I have the following scenario.
Inventory has been running since 2011. Assuming we are at november 2013 today, User would like to know what was the inventory for the last 12 months.

Is there anyway of loading information so that I can do sequential loads as I would have done if the snapshot model was created and populated on december 2012 for the first time, and continued been populated for each month after, until reaching november 2013?
So far I've tried loading data as shown in http://scn.sap.com/thread/3261591 but monthly. Seeking to equal the quantities in MB1B with the ones shown for the 0TOTALSTCK ratio, to then save the query via an APD into the snapshot cube... So far I have only been able to get the right quantities for november 2013 and december 2012 (supposing them being the ones in the above example).
