We are in the very beginning of planning a BW upgrade from 7.01 to 7.3. I've looked on Service Marketplace for guides, but all I am finding are very technical guides for the actual upgrade, Basis people type documents. I am looking for something more strategic, a project plan, testing plan. Something to present to management on scope, length of project, extent of testing required, but not having any luck.
We are also planning an upgrade to BPC10. We currently have BOBJ, EDW, Portal that we need to include in this project.
If someone has gone through it or could point me in the direction for that type of information, it would be greatly appreciated.
