CRM Delta Queues for BW stay empty after init

Hi,

We are extracting SAP CRM Service Orders to SAP BW (0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H and 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_I).

The initial load is working perfectly fine, the problem is the changes after the init aren't filling up the Delta Queues on the CRM side (RSA7) even though they are shown as active once the init is done (BWA7).

Is there any special customizing to do with BDOCs or something else to enable Delta on SAP CRM side?

I have found a lot of similar threads here about the same issue but never found a relevant answer.
