I see a strange issue if am right.
I have a model where data from Datasource is updated to Infoobject (attribute load).
I have a filter selection in DTP. Its a Delta DTP.
Issue:
The Delta DTP extracts all the requests from PSA every time when the DTP is triggered. The requests that is been loaded to the target in the previous load is also been fetched by the Delta DTP, whereas the Delta DTP is expected to load only Delta requests from PSA.
This issue occurs only when a new (Delta) PSA request WITH DATA is available in PSA for the DTP to load. If the delta request have zero records, then DTP does update zero record in target.
As part of trying to fix the issue, i tried initializing the DTP again with ‘Dleta Init Without Data’ transfer option selected, but still in my next delta extract the issue persists extracting all the data from PSA.
Running BW 7.3 SP 5.
Is there something really basic stuff am missing out here?
