I have a problem when I load infopackage in BW and the request in the source system dumps. In this case, the status of the load keeps in yellow (for me it should get red !! but no).
The diagnosis in BW shows that the system knows that there is a dump in the source system as I have the following message: The background job for data selection in the source system has been terminated. It is very likely that a short dump has been logged in the source system.
If I wait a very long time, the load will get red but only because it has taken too muwh time but not because of the dump in the source system.
I have read SAP notes 708480 and 647328 but they didn't help me (RSMONASSISTANCE and SAP_CCMS_MONI_BATCH_JOB didn't change anything).
