Hi experts,

My problem scenario look like this:

An process chain stops with the error RSBK257, before write Data from DSO in the Cube with the DTP.

Message text:
Data package 1 / DD.MM.YYYY HH:MM:SS / Status 'Processed with Errors'
Message no. RSBK257

---

In a first cause study, I simulated the relevant DTP with the debugging expert mode and the last request ID from the DSO.

After the simulate DTP run, I became this message:

Maintain conversion factors for CHF / EUR (currency type CH)
Message no. SG111

Diagnosis
No conversion factors are maintained for the currency pair or there is no valid entry for 05.02.2013.

---

In a second step, I looked in the R/3 table TCURR to check the validity of the exchange rate type "CH". The check was successful and the exchange rate type "CH" - from "EUR" - to "CHF" is valid from 19.09.2012.

---

In a third cause study, I displayed the temporary storage of the error request in the cube. In this temporary storage are 15 records. Two records (one of them with record mode X) have "CHF" as local currency.

Over this way I could identify the relevant sales order item who initiate my problem.

---

In a last step, I simulated the relevant DTP with the debugging expert mode and the second last request ID from the DSO.

This simulation works absolutely fine, but the curiosity is that in the temporary storage is one record and this record is the same sales document who generates the error in the last request from the DSO.

---

Key data of the causing sales document item:
- Created on: 2013-02-05 (in the morning)
- Changed on: 2013-02-06 (in the morning)

---
Key data of the DSO-requests:
- Request 271763 (second last DSO request): 1 record = relevant sales document item - Request date: 2013-02-05, in the evening)
- Request 272153 (last DSO request): 15 records, 2 of them = relevant sales document item - Request date: 2013-02-06, in the evening)

But as said above, the curiosity is that the Request 271763 was loaded successfully from DSO in the Cube and currently it is not able to load the Request 272153 from DSO in the Cube.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Kind regards

Michael
