Unable to load data to DSO named 0CRT_DS01

IN SAP-BI system,there is a DSO named 0CRT_DS01.

I need to load data to it. But couldnt find any datasource regarding it.

In RSA1, the flow is: DSO [0CRT_DS01] -->  Transformation [TRCS 0CRM_IC_RTOM_1 -> ODSO 0CRT_DS01]  --> Infosource [0CRM_IC_RTOM_1].

Under the infosource I couldnt see any datasource. When I googled, I got an info that the name of datasource is also 0CRM_IC_RTOM_1.

But I couldnt see such a datasource in RSA5 in CRM and ECC system.

Any help???
