FI Data Extraction to multiple BW system

Can we extract FI GL & FI AR data into 2 BW systems from single source system ?

One BW is currently running and delta for FI GL & FI AR is currently being loaded. Now we have a requirement to set up another Global BW instance where we will have to extract data from FI GL & FI AR & both the delta for target BW systems will have to run without any disruption . so we will have 2 BW systems in future.

Please advise.
